My friend June is getting back into running after a 9 week break, she is having problems with her knees.
We did a walk and run of 5 minutes walking and 3 minutes running, the whole thing went alright and we have arranged to do the same on Wednesday.
It was a bit crisp the morning and think I should have had my jacket on this morning, the main thing is it was dry and not slippery under foot.
I tried to pick the flattest route I could, as it happened the only real hill we went up came just as it was time to walk.
