Hill training tonight, I was glad that it had warmed up a bit and there were no worries about slipping on ice.
I had done these hills once before and managed to get three circuits in like the last time.
There are three hills I started in the shortest of the three, and worked my way up to the longest of them.
I like to try and keep running on all the hills and tried to pace myself so that I could keep going.
As you can imagine the climb up the longest hill the last time round was a bit of a struggle
I don’t know if I am going about it the right way, should I be going all out and doing less circuits.
Or will be able to build up to more times round doing what I am doing now.
